Once, I got on babv and I went to the Neighborhood.
When I got there,
Some kids were fishing in the cement!
Fishing for some rocks, maybe..

yeah, i think it's cause the fishing game is in the games menu, so you can possibly play anywhere, but i'm not 100% sure about that, haven't tried since last year.
